A room is NOW available to rent at the beautiful Sanctuary Apartments! The unit already has a 22 year old female who works full-time and is looking for (preferably female) housemate to fill the 2nd bedroom due to her housemate leaving for a new job position. The current occupant has the main bedroom with an ensuite, leaving the main bathroom to the second bedroom (with air-conditioning). The unit is furnished with the occupant?s items however you will need to furnish your bedroom/bathroom. The complex has an amazing swimming pool, small gym and is within minutes to most places in Townsville. If it wasn't for the job position the 2nd occupant would not be leaving. Costs: $180/wk as the unit rent is $360/wk. This does not include electricity and Jenna has organized the Internet which would cost $40/month if you want to go halves. Electricity is usually $150-175/bill/person.
